A message from Kelly's wife for those that remember or may have know him. I attempted to locate some pics of Kelly, however most the links I had ended up being expired as they were from the Triple xXx stunt Frenzy in 2003. If anybody has any pictures of Kelly feel free to post them here.
Kelly Ray Offman has passed on. He was my beautiful soul mate, husband, and the best friend I have ever had, who proposed to me at last year's Triple Extreme Stunt Frenzy in Fl and won the amatuer competition, some may remember. He is sorely missed, at peace and is stunting the hell out in heaven as we speak! We are setting up a trust fund for his 2 children, any one interested contact me, his wife, at portauthority@ aol.com or PM me here. Well I was a friend of Kelly's for a long time. We didn't hang out alot but from the times I did hang out with him it was a blast. He was a very uplifting guy. I couldnt believe the news when i heard it. It seems that the ones you would never expect to leave us end up leaving. Sorry I dont have any pictures of him to post.. R.I.P.
