start licking it.. I hear thats what animals do to make themselves heal..

 

To hell with Neosporin, I tried licking a cut on my arm and it healed 7 days faster.
pfffffffft neosporin only helps cuts heal 5 days faster.


got any BBQ left though?

 

Damn...that really sucks man. I would definately suggest using something like some neosporin to make the foot heal a little faster. Hopefully they got all the rocks out. Some ib prophin should help with the tendons, but you're going to be down for a little while longer. It looks like it's healing pretty well though.

 

*Update*

The swealing finaly went down but it's still sore as hell.. Now I'm thinking that there are deff. some torn Ligaments.
