We're leaving thursday afternoon, and will probably be in fl by friday at 7:00 am. As far as I know we're staying at The quinta Vista, GSE-Nick supposedly reserved the rooms. I'm not sure how many he got, but they're supposedly 100-120 per night. We're trailering the bikes down, not sure how we're going to lock em up. Lots of chains, Rabid pitbull, maybe a shotgun.

 

i was thinking. I dont mind leaving thursday but i would like at least 1 nights sleep over the weekend lol. Is it even worth bringing a bike? like are we going to even have a chance to ride em if we are not competing in the events? Oh if I get busted doing wheelies in florida will the points transfer here>? cause i idont care if I get busted a few times on the street if points dont transfer. In florida whats the penalty for a wheelie?

Not sure about the points. I figured we'd be riding on friday.....and drinking. But I'm pretty sure the strip isn't within walking distance from the hotel. Having the bikes there would alleviate us having to rent a car.

 

Doing wheelies in Florida will get you jail time bro. Ask KrazyWhiteRich. He got busted for doing a highchair wheelie in Key West and got cuffed and stuffed. Apparently it's a felony in FL. Points won't carry over though so tear it up, but be carefull.

 

ok well me and steve pretty much decided we are gonna leave thursday afternoon and try to meet up with you guys at a rest stop or something and start a convoy. how does that sound?. f that im not gonna go to jail id rather have insurance points I might end up bringing my 600rr so i dont have to worry about being street legal.

Are you guys taking a trailer, or are your bikes going on Nicks? The reason I ask is that Ants other bike is still in FL and if there's enough room, we can bring it back for him

 

my trailer can take 2 bikes, mine and steve's sorry.

 

I don't want my other bike up north right now, it can stay in FL.

Penalties for wheelies and stuff can be a warning, or it can be impound and off to jail, depends on the cop/agency. If they are pissed cause of all the bikes they have to deal with that weekend, expect the worst case senerio. Points from Florida are likely assessed in yuor state of residence.

Don't worry much about how legal looking your bike is though, there isn't really any inspections down, that is likely the last thing you'll get harrassed on.

The track is 2 exits from the exit for the hotel.....5 minutes tops.

At the track you will have no place to ride anyless you are on the track, and even then it'll be the most packed you have ever seen a dragstrip. It gets crazy sometimes and even down right dangerous even at times.

Helmets, jackets, and even bikes have been stolen from stuntshows at Lakeland. Just a heads up and a word of caution. I figured you should know.

Lastly, I might be going now. I should know by later tonight. If so, I can still only get off on monday, so I would still be flying.

I told everyone I didn't know until I got the repair bill for my 61" TV. I am picking it up tonight and will know the total damages to the wallet.

with our truck theres my bike 1 , justins 2 and nicks f4i 3 we may have room for one more( maybe anthonys ) if he wants it ok. yes we want to meet up and drive in a convoy help us from getting speeding tickets. stop all this confusion. you can get a room still at la quinta theres a stunt discount there but pm me and ill tell u what name its under, u should be able to get a room there for 88 to 95 bucks. and last im nominating me steve and nick for getting things to lock the bikes up so boys make some calls and IM me or PM me ok any questions ask me. cause ive been the one calling around and i know the deal. ......thank you have a nice day
