We were riding down michigan ave. on our motorcycles pulling up to a stop light and some drunkin **** starts hangin out the back window of this new honda civic and starts saying "**** crochrockets, **** you guys". We said what ever and keep following them down Mich. Ave. Then they turn on the windshield washers and start soaking john and joe who were in front and me. I was about 3-4 car lengths back. So John passes the car not doing any jestures back or screaming at them and once he got in front of them slowed back down just alittle and the guy starts pushing john down the road on his bike with the front of the car. I was still riding behind the car and then the front end of the car went up in the air and landed on top of john and the bike. I slammed on the brakes as hard as possible and finally came to a stop right next to the car. I throw my helmet off and run around the car to get john out, he climbed out by himself and started laying in the grass. Me, joe, kyle, and adam all started yelling at thses people saying what the **** were you thinking and get the **** out of the car. So the dumbass from the back seat and the guy in the front pass. seat get out and start **** with us. They didn't even care that they had just about killed someone. Of coarse they were drunk coming home from the nascar race. Even after the 911 was called and had came they still came over and would make some bullshit comments like "hey maybe that will teach you to buy a harley next time." Of coarse the cops had to come back over and break us all up after we started going after the guy. You would not beleive the feeling seeing a car with only the pass. rear tire touching the ground and the other three being held up by the crushed $20,000 custom GSX-R 1000 under neath the car. The driver was drunk and takin to jail, the other three in the car had to start walking, and we all went to the hospital to make sure john was going to be ok. Thank god, no broken bones, just alittle road rash on his back and legs. He was a very lucky man to be alive. PLEASE EVERYONE, WATCH OUT FOR MOTORCYCLES RIDING DOWN THE ROAD AND DON'T DRIVE DRUNK.

yea thats ****ed up dude. chubbs told me the other day and i was like what? you guys need to press charges along with the state on the driver.....**** it, all of em. glad everyone is ok. holla at me

 

damn, glad he is ok. I don't know what I would have done in that situation, I probably would have lost it and put my helmet through all of his windows and his skull.....that is completely f'ed

 

I am glad he is ok but please take a lesson from that one and let those ******** stay in front of you or leave them far behind.

To be honest with you people like that get to stay in front of me or I blow by them and take the F2wk off. You can only control your bike and I hardly trust the normal cagers behind me on the roads. I had some guy about run me off the road a few years ago so I slide over and made him pass me. Once he was around me he started brake checking me. So I hung behind him till he stopped then the ***** didn't have enough ***** to get out of the car. Sta in in his car with the window cracked talking BS.

Press charges, Most likely the prosecuter HATTTTTTTTES road rage like they do around here and will prosecute anything. Worst comes to worst, File a civil complaint and make the ****er pay for lawyers. I almost got in serious trouble when someone tried to run my gf off the road. Some 19 y/o wanna be import racer. Just be carefull because people do stupid crap and then you get in trouble for "taking care of it" Sounds like you guys made out alright. And it must have at least been satisfying to see the ****er get a DUI and a DUI accident. you might be able to file for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, reckless driving and sometimes actually road rage. And the fact that you guys didnt beat the crap out of him will do you wonders in court.

 

+1 the helmet and carbon fiber knuckles would have become weapons at that point
