Well yeah kinda.. I am the one who has worked it out to have the spot.. the police really only know me.... And I try to keep things calm down there at the spot.. so yeah.. I am a little bossy.. bikes get towed if im not there.. so if I am wrong then I am sorry.. But its just the way it is.. and everyone at the spot knows how it is...I have no problems with people practicing usually.. just depends on who and what the situation is..
