I've pm'd and am sure he'll respond. Just wanted to see if anyone know this gent? As you guys already know I'm super anxious to get in the game.

Last night Derek and I goofed around at his house on the fiddy. I had a couple of sweet crashes while getting ballzy on the stoppies. One time I went all the way over the bars, and another time I landed the stoppie but rolled on the gas and did a short of stoppie/wheelie combo. It wasn't intentional at all and I ended up on my rear. :YEAH Too bad we didn't have the camera out. I'm sure the shots would have been priceless.

The one thing I have never even attempted are wheelies. However, last night I got my first real taste. Derek coached me along and I had some trouble, but did hit a couple of ok wheelies (for a newb that is). The longest one was about 4 feet.

Anywho, this made me want one even worse (if that's possible). Trying to hit that wheelie was so freaking addictive!!

 

thats tight man... hope u get it. ive been kinda tryin to get those stoppie/wheelie combos down. they look cool.

 

I talked w/ the guy and the lowest he'll go is $1000.

 

Well, at this time tomorrow evening I could have a fiddy! The dude pm'd me back and will take $900. Derek and I are going to head out there after work to check out the dude's CRF50.

I35 to Sante Fe turn right (west) follow to Buchanan ( I think thats the name of the street the intersection will have Little Ceasars, Rent a center to the right, it will have a Dillons on the NW corner, Walgreens a the SW corner, and I think an A&W fast food place on the left). Turn rightfollow North through the stop sign. at the round about (you should see a school in front of you) follow to the left Steves shop is on the left a few stores down youll see the signs outside. Steve Smithers number is 913-768-8667. if you need any 50 parts or anything for any of your other bikes he beats anybodys price.

Its supposed to be raining this afternoon it looks like but I got my 50 in the back of my truck just in case!

Justin we will meet you out there but we might be a little late depending on traffic.. like I said we will be heading out from downtown and 35 is usually ***-tastic about that time.. we will be there though.. I've never been to smithers' shop either so that will be cool.

I'm thinkin this weekend we will be riding somewhere for sure. Sounds like most of the Missouri boys are workin, studying, or hittin the foam pit. Maybe Mike (DarthTedd) and I can meet up over there in kansas if the rest of you cats over there are gonna be out and about..?

I was passing thru Olathe Kansas last year on my way to wichita for business, and me and my boss stopped at this KICK *** steak and micro brew place in Olathe, but I can't remember where it was or what it was called. Seems as I recall it wasn't too far off of the main freeway out of the airport in KS city going towards Wichita. I think it was down the street from a gas station, and in the same complex as some sort of mall... Well whatever, I guess its off topic, but the name Olathe rung a bell with me.
Man I want some steak now.......
