so i've had this bike for around 3 years and I love it. i'm just starting to get some stunts on lock down . but i'm still can't get a nice slow straight up wheelies. I bought the bike from a guy who had it set up for long off road rides. he added a large dune riding gas tank that holds about 5 gallons a corbin seat a carbonfiber plate in front of the pump and a full wrap around skid plate and a kick start. now that I own it I put some 90/10 tires on it cause its my daily driver to work but I think it has a 21 inch in the front and an 18 in the rear. i've also put a dyno jet kit withered the k&n air filter with a full scorpion piepe. I can ride wheelie's on it for a mile some times 2. but i'm not perfect on the balance point and im usually flying through the gears to keep it going. oh and I dropped 4 teeth off the rear. and I can do some stoppies any pointers on what to do to the bike or what I can do to get some true stunts under my belt?

 

conquer your fear of flipping over backwards, and use the rear brake. dropping teeth from the rear decreases torque and increases top speed, this is the opposite of what people do to a stunt bike. you may want to put the other sprocket back on for better slow wheelie control.

 

yeah i've thought about putting the stock size back on but I like the top end and there still's enough torque that in 3rd gear I can bounce the bike and on the 2nd or 3rd bounce I bring it back on the rear tire no problem. and in 2nd I can just gas it and it comes right up.
