supermoto setup for a crf250

i am wanting to build a supermoto stuntbike and i was wonderin if the wheels from a suzuki drz400sm would work on a crf w/o having to make to many modifications....

next i want the forks to be alot stiffer, how do i go about getting them shortened(and how much shorter to go) and what brake modifications need to be made for the larger rotors

Why get the forks shortened? I dont even think you can shorten forks...just buy shorter ones. in order to get them more stif, you should be able to swap out the springs inside.

for more info go here...

they always have good info.

Many companies shorten the forks and the shock, and yes you can change spring rates, valving and oil heights to get your desired setup...

Wheels will probably not work...axle size may be different, spacers may be off, sproket may not line up correctly and the rear brake may not line up correctly and if it does it may not be the right diameter and a honda one will not fit.......unless you have a universal wheel....which you would still have to make changes
