No More Loopin stoppies

Well everyone knows that I have been looping stoppies left and right....

Of course I'm no professional... But i knew that it could not be all my fault... Well last week I went and got SBS (Scandinavain Brake System) Pads. These are the pads that ryan From Dv8 Ran when he was setting world Records....

Well I had the stomach flu all weekend long but this Morning I felt a little bit better So I decided to go out and put on my brake pads..........So I put them On and headed up to the High School to warm them out and put them to use.....

Well It finally felt good.... I didnt roll any major distance only about 50 foot or so... But I really only stayed out there for about 10 or 15 min... The police showed up and said I needed someone there to watch me in case I got hurt... So I headed home..

I was running EBC HH pads... I know some people will say it is the rider but I swear by SBS Pads..

Preacher You can have my old set of pads... They are still new..

Re: No More Loopin stoppies

Heres how it went when I first started doing stoppies I had a 02 Gsxr 750 stock brake System. Then I loaned Ryan from DV8 My bike so he could go to Florida and set a world record for longest stoppie... Well Ryan gave me back my bike with braided steel lines... this a 2 line kit 1 for each caliper. It had GSXR 1000 Calipers on it.. And SBS SINITERED Racing pads.

This is when I really first started rolling stoppies after this setup...

But then I sold the bike... And I bought another Gsxr 750

But it was all stock.. Id be damn if I could get the thing to roll more than 10 feet.

So I started changing it all over back to like my first setup... But I bought these EBC HH pads... everything else was the same new calipers and lines... Ohh my god I looped so many stoppies... then I got to talking with some pros there like get rid of those pads and go back to SBS...

So today... with the new pads...I went out... didnt get long time to practice but I know the feeling and the feeling is right.... So go with the SBS.... Only thing is you have to go out and squeeze the brake and drive around dragging brake for like 5 minutes to get them warmed up everytime... But once you do that you will love them!!!

Thats all for now.. Not much else to say... But today was a Good Day!!!

The 2 line kit is a Race kit you can buy a new set off of ebay..

GSXR 750 & GSXR1000 are all the same.. So just go on ebay and And Find a 2 line Race Kit... Shouldnt be more than $80.00 Mine are made by goodridge...

Hope this helps.
