this sucks, he was cool as hell from what I got seeing him and talking to him at Yellow...RIP..too young!!! Drop, give me a call later, I am definitely willing to set my place up for a benefit party, especially for all of the younger people that cannot get into Spinnakers.

It's the 20th century........if you can't get his plate, on video or by the radio then stop the chase at 75mph and get him some other day. Chasing some one at high speeds to give him a ticket for wreckless driving is an oxy-moron anyhow. RIP RYAN, you shouldn't have died for this.
this kid was running from the cops at northline and telegraph?wtf! and dan, cmon, you and i both know we wouldnt let our kids play by the side of any road except maybe our own that we live on.sometimes when you make bad decisions like running from the cops anywhere at any speed especially at telegraph and northline the penalty CAN and WILL continually be death. we could all get killed at anytime, but when you are in control of your life at an instance, your decision will make or break your life.it will never ever be law that a cop cant chase sopmeone,so when you see flashers guys..........

its simple.....stop

My thoughts and prayers go out to Ryan's family. I did not know him, but it always hurts hearing the loss of a fellow rider. I would love to ride with you guys to pay my respects, but my bike is in MO at the time. If anyone knows of a bike I can borrow I would appreciate it. If there is anything I can do please let me know. RIP Ryan

It is never easy hearing about a fallen rider. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his friends and family. He was just way to young to die! RIP Ryan

Re: One Of Our Riders Down!!! R.i.p. Ryan

I have since recieved info from the Family of Ryan. Here is what is happening...

Ryan will be cremated. So there wont be a huge funeral.

On Thursday July 21st starting @ 4pm

We are all going to meet at Heritage Park In Taylor Michigan.
Heritage Park is located on Pardee and Northline. (Right On the corner)This is the same park where the taylor fireworks and festival are held.

There is a church located at this park. We are all going to meet up around 4-5 then at 5 there is a memorial inside with all of his pictures and u can meet his family and friends... @ 6-7pm is the mass for ryan. From 7-9pm is the Food and drinks....After that we may all get together and ride...

As for the memorial ride and wake.. We are all going to get together on thursday to work this out.. Ryan had alot of friends.. so we want everyone to do one large thing. Not alot of little things.. So anyone and everyone who wants to come is more than welcome.. even if u didnt know ryan u are still welcome..So if u have some ideas please come thursday and share.. we will set something in stone that day for sure!!!

well said Judge. Reality is a ***** and Ryan chose his fate early on. My condolences to Ryan's family.

Re: One Of Our Riders Down!!! R.i.p. Ryan

I was on Telegraph Road on Saturday night when Ryan buzzed past me. He was going so fast that I couldn't see what color his bike was. I don't remember exactly what time that was, but it was around 1AM. At that time, I didn't see any cops chasing him, but shortly after, I saw a cop flying down Telegraph just behind me. I must have missed the accident only by minutes. I got to the corner of Telegraph and Eureeka and saw Ryan's bike. I'm so very sorry to hear that he passed. That's just absolutely terrible. Though I didn't know Ryan, I feel like I did. I can't help but wonder if maybe I was a few minutes sooner, I might have done something to keep that from happening, but I know there wasn't anything I could have done. My thoughts and prayers go to his friends and family. I'm so sorry for your loss. RIP Ryan.
