My speedo cable went inop on me this past Monday, found the insert to snapped. If anyone has one (cable or specifically the insert) or have a hook-up on getting one by Friday, let me know.

It's cool. I've called most delearships/shops (Rosenau/Bright/Monroe/Rec Les/Finishline) in the area and Monroe Motorsports told me they could get it for me next day, so I'll be going with them.

 

Monroe are good people, they are the ones I got my bike from.

 

I say ***** it. The only thing an accurate spedo is good for is know how much you are speeding and how slow your wheelies are.

Actually, the Secretary of State was on my left and their appeared to be another motorsports shop on the same side but wasn't sure of the name. I almost went their (by mistake) but Monroe Motorsports was a little further down on my right. This was my first time in that area. They charged me 10.59 for the cable which was the cheapest of all the delearships I called. I think I'll doing more business with them.

Droptop, tell your peoples at Bright to reduce them prices. They wanted 18.00 for the same cable.
