as for painting it? rattle can works fine... lol, but i broke down and bought a compressor and paint gun

 

I would suggest a gravity feed gun and you can get pre-mixed (ready to spray) paint and clear coat from Autozone.

 

+1. i did a two stage. base coat/clear coat.... looks nice cost like $100 with thinner and everything

 

Drop the bodywork off here and some money, pick it up 3 days later, lol.

Do NOT rattle can it. The day you actually paint it right that rattle can job will bite you in the ***.

You can get a decent paint job with cheap materials, just look at Darricks bike :D

everything has been recleared but the gas tank and i must say it looks good. i can actually see my reflection in the front fender....lol

you need a skilled painter such as myself to make cheap materials look good haha

They work great, but dont try to flush them
