Spots Burnt Up
#5
I'm goin in tomorrow morning to see if I can work somethin out with the manager/owner. Odds are slim to none, but I gotta try to save my spot! besides...I'd love to throw it in cop's faces....dicks. Lata

I don't know if permission was ever officially given by or to anybody. I know the cops have left us alone up until now because there haven't been complaints and we are on private property. I know the employees at the spot don't mind at all...hell most of em take some time to come out and watch, and make requests on tricks n ****. But I guarantee up until now no property owner has given permission. I think the spot is burnt mostly from people knowing about it. Its inevitable the more we use and go to the same spot the more popular it will be and the more less-skilled riders will practice there. I don't have a problem with novice stunters, I am one, but I have a problem with loud bikes doin power wheelies after midnight during the week, at my favorite spot. Especially without a bucket. One ambulance shows up there and kiss it good bye. I'm too tired to go on and on, losin mint spots blows....period

How many mint spots have been burnt up? To many to count, its inevitable. As KC50 mentioned the more you go to the same spot. The more popular it becomes. The better the chance of novice riders to try and practice. All of you guys were a novice at one time and had to practice somewhere. Think of all the spots "you" burnt up.
I agree that it sucks, unfortunetly thats life!

P.S. I am in no way slamming you guys. Just pointing out the facts.

I had thought that some people should go up there during business hours and make themselves seen cleaning up the spot. You know brooms, garbage bags etc.

it'll blow over. that very same spot got burnt up last year by some squid. and we've been there all season this year.
but just in case it doesn't blow over. none of you go to the spot ever again until you hear otherwise.
