how do you shrink pics to post on SL

how do you shrink pics to post on SL

how the heck do I shrink my pics so I can start posting them up?
I right click the pic then click on edit. then go to veiw then attributes and whenever I try to make the pixels smaller it will only show the upper left cornaer of the pic. Anyone know how to do this?

need the make some avatar stuff too
help please

i just decrease the percentage on stretch/ skew and it dowsizes the pic without ruining the quality. then i cut off unnecassary backround crap.

yea thats exactly what i do open the picture in microsoft paint, then go up to

the top of the screen where it says; file edit view image colors help;

go to image and go to strecth/skew and decrease the % till its the right size

(make sure you do both the horizontal and the vertical percentage or it will get all ****ed up),

thats how i usually make my ghetto *** avatars lol
