Dunno who the ISP is, but we do colocation, transport, peering connections and things of that nature that your ISP likely relies on . . . either way, for large file transfers where bandwidth is a concern, I'm alway on AIM/Y! and can snag it then send it out.

I d/l most my stuff here at work and then send it to the house on my cable modem. d/l'ing regulaly from home at 100kb/sec tops is nothing compared to 400kb-1meg/sec!

Enough techie, but paul runs the show on the site, so i'm just offering a bandaid for the large movies . . . I'll see if there's a public server here I can steal for filesharing.

Thanks Tylar, I appreciate anything you can put up for the next few days. I am in the process of moving the site, videos are going to continue and the current host just cant handle the bandwidth. He called me first thing Monday morning to ask what was going on. There should be no downtime, I can build and test the new host before transferring the DNS.

For the non-techie, an OC48 is roughly 1000 times faster than your typical cable modem, and 2000 times faster than a DSL connection
