What did you break?? It will be easy, they are far easier than sportbikes to put back together..

 

i stripped out the threads on the right fork when i was putting it the big bars on.

and then when i crashed into that boulder it all came loose so my bars are loose as hell now.

 

ouch you'll have to order that part. I think it's about $12.95. Talk to the guys in parts at Fay Jimmy will help you out. Gus and Derrick might still have there stock forks. You might be able to get the part from them really cheap.

Squirrel, it is a small cast piece inside the fork. I'll check with the guys tomorrow morning and see if anybody has their stock stuff still around

It sounds like you broke the little cast piece that is in the top of the fork that the bolt goes into. It's the part That retains screws to the top of the fork spring that the bolt from you bar clamp goes into. I'm going to Fay tonight after work i'll ask if anyone has there stock parts.

 

FYI I work at Fay. Jimmy and Derek are off today and Gus already sold his stock parts. I still have to check but we might have a part in stock.

yea and when i put try to put the screw back in there is a lot of greese that comes out twhen the bold falls back out!
