I had the exact same injury
ape hanging off a banshee, f'n shoulder just popped out, hurt like a **** I almost passed out from the pain. had 3 of my friends trying to pop it back in for like 10 mins, finally one of them got it right and popped back, instant relief.
im not sure what if any is the difference between seperated and dislocated but if you did dislocate it, you have a %90 chance that it will keep happening the rest of your life b/c all the tendons there are shot, my shiat still feels like its gonna pop sometimes and all i been doin is ridin the fiddy.

too cold to ride

SHOULDERS ABOUT 60% BUT CONTRIBUTED A COUPLE OF MILES LAST NIGHT.............
FEELS LIKE IT'S GETTING A LITTLE BETTER BUT CAN TELL BIG DIFERENCE IN STRENGTH!!!!!
