hpd rider facing jail time
story goes:
last sat we go ride the big bikes and jason(jbleezee) is on lance's super street fighter of the year. the bike is beat to hell and he cut the exhaust in half but the cap fell off so you can imagine how loud the thing is...
so we go for a night ride jason pulls some nice standups all over the place doesnt ever have a run in with the
while we are out so we start to head home
as we are heading home on freeway there was a long curve and 2 guys and jason are ahead of me get on it during the turn .. i decide hey might as well speed up and catch em .. but as i start rolling on the gas ... i look to my right and see the red and blues flashing .. i slow down and the cop flies past me
well jason, corey and david were still hauling *** , but had no idea about the cop that just passed me and they did like a 120mph burst for a little then slowed down .. well the cop was behind them the whole time they were speeding but none of them saw the cop until they slowed down. everyone BUT jason heard the cop (lances no exhaust cap bike) so jason cruises for a little not knowing the cop is behind him then finally looks back sees the cop and pulls over. the cop that pulled him over was going to give him wreckless and not evasion , but one of the 3 backup cops that came was i guess a bike hater and was like either you take him to jail for evasion or I will .. even though he didnt evade
long story short jason spends night in jail, he goes back to court this morning "thinking" he was going to reschedule his court date and be free
he is now charged with a............. 3rd degree felony his bail was raised from 2000 to 5000 and hes back in jail. If the charge sticks and he gets sentenced thats 6months - 2 yrs jail time , if he doesn't get charged its still 30days jail + 5 yrs probation .. hes is totally getting screwed he should of just ran if he was going to get all that maybe he could of got away or at least made all this trouble worth it
just a fyi .. we are trying to get the initial cop that pulled jason over to admit that jason didnt run and the mirror less exhaust missing bike screwed him since the cop was going to give him just a wreckless
sucks .. damn this is a long post

hope he has a good lawyer
i took a poke at a cop that was harassing me late one night
got a good lawyer and never saw the judge
cost 2500 bux for the lawyer but it was well worth it
get a lawyer

dayum man the same thing happen to my boyz liek 2 weeks ago except without the jail they jsut got tickets, we are now goin to invest in chatter boxes so we can talk back adn forth

At about 1:13 AM Fat Mike and I went to Downtown to pick up my boy jbleezy! Right when we pulled up, he was hype and ready to bounce the Fu{k out of there. On the way home we talked about the events that took place while he was in the pin...yo he saw the kats that did the Armor Robbery, this past week, he also spotted the Cop that appears in "Texas Justice", and of course that rest of the typical rapist, robbers and murderers. And what was Jason in the pin for? Speeding...haha But he had his head up high and didn't let no other mother.... mess around with him! We hit up McD's and Fat Mike bought him a Super Sized Quarter Pounder...he said he only ate some wack a$$ bread with jelly....sucks! He was good to be out, never want to go back! Best of luck to my boy JBLEEZY!

well jason got a big time bike lawyer here in houston so things should be looking up ... his lawyer is trying to get the tape from the cop and see if jason really ran in the cops eye .. good luck jason

iv'e already spent like 4grrrr......... that i dont have and i got locked up with freaKIN MURDERERS and crap and all i did was speed fukin bllsht oh well
