well again tonite the houston police decided they hate

we are in this back parking lot of this school late night stunting again and we see a cop roll up ... oh crap here we go again, he just ask for id, then another one comes up ok we are going to jail tonite. turns out someone called and complained they were too loud ... stock 50's , well c0reys has sik50 exhaust we ended up having to push them home the cop was pretty cool this time he was like "i have atvs and dirtbikes too i understand but people have work tomorrow" so he just told us to find somewhere far from houses if we want to ride at night or if we want to ride during the day stay off school property ...

 

greg, whats the deal........man both those cops were being d1(k$ ....but oh well we just got to find somewhere else to ride how about that guy in the mustang that got owned doin 90+ past the po's after we pushed the bikes home

 

that was the dumbest sh*thead i have ever seen he should have been hauled off to the slammer for the night to think about what he had done... pffft some people... oh well I am still gonna rock my no matter what the fake *** HPD (police) says.... muahahahaha

theres a web site, www.municode.com itll have the codes for houston i believe
also the state passed a bill thatll let you ride on the streets, h.b 3588, it does allow for them to make it illegal for you to ride on the streets, so youll have to check with the city attorneys office to see if they made that ordinance.
the bill was passed in december and they made it illegal here the next month
look up the code it shouldnt be illegal to ride at the school as it is public property we have a club meet at a school and never get bothered
loud pipes and all
also see if there is a noise table in your municple code it will tell you how loud you can be and when you have to shut it off usually 7 am till 10 pm
i got a noise ticket in my own back yard at 130 in the afternoon so if they really want to mess with you they gonna anyway
but if your armed with the code knowledge, you dont have to pay the tickets,
i got mine dismissed, the guy was wiggin when i started spouting the code
they have certain rules that they have to follow to make it stick and they didnt do their part
find and industrial complex and ride there
we ride till 2 or 3 am cops just roll by some stop to watch some just giggle
youd think they wold have better things to do like guard the doughnut shops
also if a cop gets cross with you ask to see his supervisor immediately
he has to call him and the super has to come out there then let him know
how the guy is treating you usually they get real nice when you do that
but best bet dont ride close to peeps houses after the time in your local code
