And your prize is ....... the "No Prize"
a free gift to the first person to explain what the "No Prize" is and where it came from
I love obscure references.
Re: Yasser Arafat just died
Isn't he some head guy in palistine? I was watching a press conference with good ol' Bush, and they informed him that he died, and he was like all I have to say is "bless his soul. . . " and then proceeded to talk about how he isn't going to tear apart the cabinet

I love google
Marvel Comics once had a grand tradition called the "no-prize."
Writer-editor-publisher Stan Lee reasoned that any reader could point out a mistake in a comic book, but to earn a no-prize (which is exactly what it sounds like), a reader had to offer a creative explanation for the mistake. A no-prize submission went along the lines of, "Last issue Mary Jane referred to Peter Parker as "Blue Eyes" even though everyone knows Peter's eyes are brown. I think you were dropping a hint that Mary Jane is colorblind. How about it, Stan, do I get a no-prize?"

The actual no prize was an empy envelope sent by Stan "The Man" Lee himself. Good stuff, brings back some fond memories of my childhood.
