Ok.. heres the situation... no lies...

get into the car with my buddy... cause my trucks got a flat from crashing into the woods cause i fell asleep on my way to work...

so needless to say.. my day was off to a real shitty start... just wanted to get a damn pizza and a movie

so he grabs a hieniken and we head out... first stop blockbuster.. sweet pickup a nice movie

on the way to get the pizza... cops behind us... i notice... ( im in the passenger seat) so i grab the open beer and stuff it under the seat... no biggie

cop pulls us over... gives my buddy a ticket... for speeding and is about to send us on our way... when another officer shines a light in my window.. and sees the bottle that had rolled back out from under the seat... ****!

SO he makes us get out.. searches me... i have a wallet and cell phone on me... thats all... doesnt read me my rights... doesnt give me a breathalizer.. dooesnt do ****.. locks me up... locks my buddy up...

then the search is on.. they TORE apart his car... found

Perks ( class B ? )
Prozac ( go figure ) class E
Pipes and baggys and a scale class D
trunk full of beer...

So the whole time .. im kinda chuckling to my self... cause i didnt have **** on me... so no biggie... goto court get it dropped ...

WRONG!

i got charged with

Possession of class B,D,E and open alcohol container. 4 goddamn charges for NOTHING!

some one anyone.. explain to me.. can i get off ? do i need a lawyer ? is this right ?

i dont know where i stand.. im not sure what to do.. but i go back to court and im supposed to show up with a lawyer on sept 21st...

Any input ??

 

Your buddy best do the right thing....go to court..........fess up and say that all that **** was his.

You'll need to talk to the arresting officer. He'll want a statement. Best thing is to call the arresting officer.
