Today is the day. Im going to buy a new mini bike.

I kinda have a KLX 110 on hold so i gotta know weather to do it or not.

KLX is an auto 3 speed, little bigger than the fiddy. KX65 front end w/ the disc brakes goes RIGHT onto it. Making it a machine for stoppies. I also have in reach a set of motord wheels for the KLX making it even more attractive.

Fiddy's. Fun no doubt. Would have to also do the street tires & big bars.


Oh, and I can get 3% financing on the KLX 110

 

do they make as many upgrades for the Kawi?

that klx 110 is a hot item right now with a really big aftermarket.. not nearly as big as the 50 but still plenty of trick stuff you can buy for it.

myself i would stick with the 50 just cause i like to race around with my buddies and stuff like that and if someone was on a 110 they would just smoke us and probably wouldn't have any fun. and on a disc brake note they sell a kit for the 50 now that you can bolt on a disc to the front wheel and get a hydrolic brake for it. i thik the kit is like 400 but it comes with fork tubes, spacers, disc, caliber, etc everything you need to get it done. i'll see if i can find it.

 

this is -Si .. fukin fiddy is the way to go, the klx's are cool buts its not the same.. buy a fiddy! plus it you buy the klx jay you will be loosing your membership in the local508 ( hardcore FIDDY union)

 

i know everyone is leaning towards the fiddy, but i think im more towards the KLX. Ive already had a fiddy. ***** fun, but the KLX is the *****.

 

You've already had a fiddy, made it an eightyeight.. might as well offer G-money $500 for his KLX im sure he never uses it!

 

I think you should take care of this guy and you'll be hooked up with a 50 that's all minted out already with the exception of street tires.

klx, no doubt. ill be picking one up about when it starts to snow, then selling it in the spring for about the same money. the best part about em, you can comfortably ride them stock, unlike a crf. meaning when its big bike time again, ive gotten to ride something all winter, beaten the **** out of it, and paid very little.

here's mine, i've put a procircuit T4 cut down about 5 inches.....works rear shock...two bros agressive front springs...protaper adjustable tripple clamp.....acerbis plastic....clocked it at 49mph the other night...thats running an #85 main...i just ordered a #90 main, #40 pilot, and adjustable needle from 2Bros along with the airfilter and airbox removal bracket.

well actually 2Bros made a front wheel and tire kit that changed the front to a 12" wheel and a pirrelli street tire..they wanted like 400 bucks for it though....would have been a sick setup for stoppies...i actually have street tires for my KLX..they are for a scooter or something.
