I am the owner of the domain name suckmypen.us. I created the website when someone you apparently know decided to send me the picture of you currently hosted on my domain name. I received explicit permission to use his picture on my site, and since he is technically the copyright owner of it, I have all of the legal clearance I need to continue hosting it.

Since the picture is of you in a public venue, I believe you are, in short, plain SOL. You might be able to pursue me under some sort of child pornography statutes however, since you DO have some fastastic jubblies.

If I have violated any actual laws, I have done so unknowingly, and will remove the picture. Until you can prove I have though, it stays.

There was only one person a few people who had cameras that day. I have spoken with a lawyer by the name of Peter Riddell and I do have legal grounds that are not child pornograpghy. But you do bring up a good point. I was a juvenille at that time. Just imagine how you would feel if you were. I am a big guy so you know that I got made fun of when everyone was young. I feel that it would be the right thing to do. I am asking you with all sincerity to please take the picture off the web. This is my senior year and it would not be right for people to remember me that way.

The photo was probably taken by someone envious of me. I am fairly rich and drive a new truck. Plus evveryone in my senior class has had fun and I would hate for everyone to end it this way. So please, remove the picture.
