For those of you who have no idea what Oleoresin Capsicum is, its OC Pepper Mace. The stuff the Dept. of State uses, and which will be issued to me upon my arrival in Azerbaijan in march.

Let me tell you that I have never felt this level of pain in my life. and i've dont some dumbass **** in my day. This was about a billion times worse than the Wendells buffelo suace that made it into my pee hole. It felt like a cutting torch was being held to my face for THREE ****ING HOURS. At the three hour point, i just numbed up and i got all loopy and ****. bout an hour later they let me shower and guess what? WATER REACTIVATES THE CHEMICAL!!!!! So now my face ears eyes and now chest inside of elbows and nug-sack are all on fire. I WANTED TO DIE!!! by the time my body calmed down it felt like there was so much sand under my eyelids all i could do go to bed. god i hate my life. here are the photo-documentation! enjoy!!

 

That last one was my detatchment, 11 of us hating our lives at once. Plus the other 106 students were hating thier lives too, but oh well, my pain was the most important!

I did it once and i'll never do it again! I made like 10 copys of the compleation paper that they give you once your done so i'll never loose it.

Best part about it, no completion awawrd. Dept of State administers and the Marine Corps couldnt care less. So if i stay in and go on a float (MUE Special Operations Capeable) I'm out of luck and gotta do it all over again. Yay for me!

FUnny story: I was talking to this guy, Corporal Bennet yesterday. He's recovering from taking a .38 slug point blank to the chest during a mugging outside the American Embassy in Jamaca. So I HAD to ask him, and he confirmed that yes, OC pepper spray hurt far more than getting shot in the chest from two feet away.

Just makes me wonder, if a tier-one (civilized, low threat) country like Jamaca sends Marine Security Guards (like me after graduation in two weeks) home with bullets in them, how well am I going to fare in Yerevan Armenia? I guess we'll find out, i'll be there by March.

You are correct in your assumption my freind, that is a bunch of marines standing around crying. and that was 2 hours after getting sprayed! Marines volenteer for weird stuff dude, like who wants to be a drill instructor? "My Name is Gunnery Sergeant Hartman, YOUR SENIOR DRILL INSTRUCTOR!!!"
