Why is the head larger than the shaft??? Penn State University funded a study some years ago to see why the head
of a
man's ***** was larger than the shaft. After one year and $180,000,
they
concluded that the reason the head was larger than the shaft was to
give the
man more pleasure during sex.
Cal State decided to do their own study. After $250,000 and 3 years of
research, they concluded that the reason was to give the woman more
pleasure
during sex.
University of Colorado students, not satisfied with these findings,
spent
$13.27 for a Playboy and a case of Old Milwaukee and concluded that it
was to
keep a man's hand from flying off and hitting him in the forehead.

I want to run my own town. You guys can all stunt without worrying about the popo. I will run the most corrupt town around. OK, I must go do some work. This afternoon is going to be fun, I get to launch a decoy missile in the lab today.
