cause the house i was gonna buy was 86,000 and that was in the hood a few blocks east of liberty city...and it stil needed a new roof...i think to actually get a house thats decent condition would be in hollywood...probalyl aorund 11o- and up?and thats for a house built in the 30s

dude, for a dump here you gotta pay $200k. Thats in the hood w/ drive by's & crack dealers out front.
you can't buy a pool shed for 86k here. So maybe thats why i think its so cheap. For the same 200 - 250 k down there, you can get a palace down there - or a pool cabana up here.
I'll go w/ the warm weather.
And how about the happy hours down there. They promote everyone being **** faced 24/7. its great.

Yes, I met tony when he was in FL visiting, he asked me to sign up one day...so I did. I dont really post bc I dont know any of ya... I think you guys are pretty cool...I have live in FL all my life...so I was just trying to help him out...and most the cheap houses are in new development places. I am sorry I was just trying to be nice....I wont post anymore.

jobs in florida do not pay good...less money made =less cost for living. it all equals out in the end...
if your use to making money up here in boston and move down there to do the same job at half the pay will be a shock.
i moved down thee for a year,it's alright in the begining with the beaches and the bitches but to start up a life down there making jack **** for cash sucked. ..why do you think all those old **** retire down there...they take all the money they saved from working up north and move down there and live like kings and drive like ********...good luck too you if you go...
