OK everybody, I've gottons so many replies on the spring event. First of all allow me to thank each and everyone of you's for wanting and responding to this Event. I'm very happy for the people looking forward to being apart of it.

Now after all the response I've gotton, it turns out that alot of people want to have this in May. Alot of people are looking to ride their bikes to the event,along with it just being warmer in general, and some do have arrangements already for Easter Day. So Im going to choose a Sunday in May for this Event. The reason for it being on a Sunday is cause its less a active as far as Friday's & Saturdays where it very crazy in this place. Plus I know alot of you's would rather be out with the fellers/ladies clubbing it up on those days. So the event will take place in May, and I will let you good people know sometime Saturday evening to Sunday on the exact date after I sit down with Ray and discuss the menu.

Now For all those who are attending in groups, lets say Reckless Method,Boston Tigers, etc. Please have the president of each group get intouch with me directly.

I do know for sure we will have the club for this event. Im going to look into us having some music afterwards and make it more of a party. I can also arrange for the Bar to be open in the club, for all those who are above age of drinking. I can also have some pool tables set aside for those who want to play pool. But Im going to take care of the food and see what it will cost to get a Dj for this event, and pay him as well. The bar will NOT be a open bar, you will have to pay for your own drinks, those who are legal of age. The pool tables will also have to be up to you if you want me to set some aside as well. I will get the rates for the tables. I will also look to see If i can reserve the front spaces directly against the building for the bikes, Thats not going to be a definite, but will try.

So again I thank you all for your support in this. Anyone with any ideas, your thoughts are welcomed. Anyone who may want to help out with this, your help is also welcomed. Im working on a web page, anyone know of a person good with building one please let me know, I would love to talk with them. I will be sending out another memo with some brief ideas of road trips and events, again your input is greatly appreciated, as well as help organizing these trips and events. Till then.
