I think I have another 8 months or so. I was thinking about switching to Verizon to get the Droid but the service at my house is sub-par. Looks like I'm stuck with US Cellular and whatever crappy phones they have. Their service is great but they don't get any of the cool phones because they are too small.

Out of Sprint, Nextel, Alltell, and verizon I've had the best luck with Verizon for coverage ... and I got to demo the droid for a few weeks and it was sick ... i wish we would migrate off the outdated blackberry platform here

Verizon definitely has a great network but US Cellular was basically the only option up here until a few years ago. That means their network is far superior. Our population is way too spread out to get major investment in infrastructure.

Re: Track riding

im kinda glad i stayed with sprint through the shitty years... cause now my service ***** all over my friends and family with att and verizon.

I am at a self battle between upgrading to the new blackberry or getting the Evo... i love my blackberry. If nothing else for the keyboard. But the new evo seems real gangster

Re: Track riding

yeah i had nextel for while till they merged then jumped to sprint... i hated them for awhile but glad i stuck with them cause like i said, my **** has full bars everywhere... and internet on my phone is pretty fast. I tether it alot and stream video and what not no prob.

I really wanna try 4g. It's sick how you can use the evo as a wireless router for up to 5 devices... thats prolly the coolest part about the phone.

The wireless access point would be money. I just finally got my bb tethered. I don't know why I waited so long. It's bluetooth so I don't even have to take it out of my pocket.
