Most are exisiting suppliers who buy a name brand. The "Pioneer" radios in Ford's, those are made by Visteon. The visteon radio sounded better but when they had subjective tests (a human person listening for clarity) the pioneer ranked better, even after a ton of noise was added into the signal. So they rented the pioneer name to slap on their label.

ok so then it its a good idea for f4i forks with stock springs. and heavier fluid is still a good idea too

I have no idea how a fork works. Does the volume of the area where the fluid is get smaller as the fork compresses? I assume it does. If you put too much oil in there won't it hydrolock? That would be hard on seals. It would even be hard on seals to increase the air pressure.

I have two of the 12" L7's I'd sell. Both work fine.

when I got new springs for my db this winter i had them use a 15wt oil and the kid at the dealership said he added a lil extra to help as well......so I'd assume adding extra isn't bad for them......

$60 if it works $20 if it doesn't. It's a lead wire on the terminal to voice coil. I soldered it and it looks good, but I never tried it out.
