I went to an Episcopal church when i was little, and they didnt want money at all, It looked like a 200 yr old church in a poor country. And the pastor drank, smoked, and had kids. Complete contrast to the gold plated marble floored Catholic churches around here. Other than the friendlyness of it, its was the same bs.

 

She lied so she wouldnt get in trouble, and there is a whole religion based on it

my gf said they have found proof that noah built an ark...BUT she does not believe in the 'he took 2 animals and saved the world'. she also says that saints have been found many years after they were dead and their body was still intact and in good shape before they started to preserve them. what's your thoughts on that? i found a website that actually said the same thing, but i'm 99% sure i think that's just lies anyways.

I scored some $50 steel rims for the snow tires on my jeep. Saturday I broke one of the wheel studs removing a rear wheel. Went to the auto parts store and got a new one. Got home and tried installing it in the dark, it was the wrong one. Sunday I went to the auto parts store to get the right one. They had to get it from the warehouse which isn't open on sundays. Finally got the right wheel stud yesterday morning. Then last night I broke the new wheel stud trying to install it. This hasn't been my week for working on ****.

That's the plan. I also used a lug nut against some washers and think I fucked up the end of the stud by screwing the lug nut on too far. I broke the stud trying to get the lug nut back off. This time I have a regular nut against an even bigger stack of washers.

This is not the place to decide whether or not believing in God or instilling faith in your children is a good idea. I think faith is important and I think you should give your kids the opportunity to have the strength faith provides that you were never given......but I will not get into it here......

 

I've come to realize I should really get a 12" or smaller breaker bar. I've gotten myself into trouble numerous times with the 18" one.

 

Buddhism has some great practices and ideas as long as you leave out the religion voodoo part out of it and keep it as a pursuit of truth.
