Someone snuck in through my garage window last night and cased the CRF450.
A few weeks ago my neighbor left me a note saying my garage window was open for the last week and she thought it was odd and didn't know if I realized t. I closed it. I might have left it open when I was raking leaves and listening to the radio. I'm not sure. Earlier this week my garage door was open in the morning. I was working out there the night before so I figured I must have left it open or it hit something when it was closing and the door opener popped it back open. Again not sure. Today I went out in the garage and the window was wide open and the flannel sheets I have over the CRF were pulled off and one of them was thrown over the miter box I was using just last night. For SURE someone was in there looking at the CRF. I immediately went to the hardware store, bought a 5/8" sheet of plywood and screwed it every 2" around the studs framing the window. Going to go back over it with some 2x4's tomorrow. They will either open the window and figure they missed their chance or make enough noise to wake me up. ****** is sturdy as hell. Weird thing is they didn't look at the DRZ right next to it. Got the neighbor next door on high alert and gave her my cell to call if she sees anything. She is leaving her flood lights on tonight. Hope she keeps that up.

damn ... water in the gas main somehow ran back to my line and froze in my meter ... that was a cold night without heat ...
