Here is the Garage
Re: Here is the Garage
Thats what Ive been tryin to do.
Its a pain in the *** in NH tryin to get a dealers license, they only give so many away a year depending on how many people didnt renew or some BS.
Thats why I go to the public auctions, not as much money to be made but better then nothing.

Re: Here is the Garage
its "under contract" which i think means the buyer still has the op to back out
that kind of pisses me off. this buyer has already invested alot of money in an architect and an engineer (who i think is coming today) so i dont think theyre a tire kicker, but im still aggravated by this

Re: Here is the Garage
he does alot more mooching and borrowing than real hustling
Re: Here is the Garage
Thats no good, if I had to borrow money from anyone I would just say **** it and get a real job. But I dont. Tell him to try some public auctions, donated cars go for nothing. You only make a few hundo but its better then moochin off people.
Re: Here is the Garage
"accepted" or "binder" means a simple offer has been placed on the house and it has been accepted. Contacts need to be drawn up.
"under contract" means CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN EXECUTED.
"closed" mean SOLD.
Re: Here is the Garage
his current plan is to pick up bikes at the auctions, bring them back to LI and flip them for some profit. Im gonna back him somewhat as long as its a deal that I know will make enough money
