actually dancing has worked for me before...dancing and walking everynight, i did really good. but my street is a highway, so that's out of the question. if anything, i'll go down to the track, but that gets boring, hence the reason i wanted to do it in my backyard
i might go get 3 jump ropes tonight now, the kids would like that.

 

she lives on a major road, not good for walking, and her backyard is bigger than my entire neighborhood
