ok so this fuckface calls me like a month ago saying he was going to claim my daughter on his taxes this year....(in our divorce decree it says if he's up to date on his child support at the end of the year, he gets to claim her)...he's never claimed her before, mother ****** only pays $43.23 a week for child support...but when i asked him how much he makes an hour he said $21...
ok anyways, i told him if he tries to claim her i'm raising his child support. that pretty much ended our conversation...
...well on sunday he called wanting her social security number, i asked why, he said because he was going to go file his taxes and he's claiming her...there was a few **** yous, you're stupid, you're a pos dad, i said i was claiming her, i always claim her, i dont' care what the decree says, i'm the parent, he isn't.....he said he has a lawyer and his lawyer said if i claim her i'm going to get in trouble, and i can go ahead and try to raise his child support, because it won't get raised because it only gets raised every three years and i missed the three year period...ok, so he's just really dumb...i don't believe that...i don't even think the dumbest person alive would...i said well, it sounds like your so called lawyer is as smart as you and hung up.....
...i filed my taxes on sunday night on turbotax.com...claiming both my kids....

I set up a night to the pistons game with some of my friends and a bunch of her friends and got all the tickets, their were 12 of us total. She brought a dude. Supposely, her friend from Michigan State who now lives in OHIO came up here two weeks ago and saiid that his old roomate just moved up here and lives right by her. She invited him to my thing, i thought it was just her being nice, even though I was pissed and let it go. She sat next to him and they had a great ole time, I sat on complete opposite side from them adn we didn't talk the entire time. Then they left and post partied somewhere, I was pissed. No emails from her this week, so eitehr she knows and/or doesn't care.

anyways, i'll get the taxes because irs doesn't care what the divorce said...he'll have to take me to court if he wants the part of her return i got...
BUUUT
i believe i have a valid ground to stand (if he even takes it there)....the divorce decree says he's suppose to take them every other weekend and every wed night...we arrived back from mass on july 2nd...he's taken them twice since then, and only a handful of times the rest of the year. the divorce decree also stated he was suppose to pay the remaining of our bills we had together...that didn't happen....so whatever i'm just playing his role now

If I went thru the trouble to put rails on it, id wire up some $20 lights and sell the thing for $300. no joke, with bike week coming up id get 3 bills easy.
