just took 2 steps backwards....gf and i broke up in the middle of december

 

there was nothing warning of any danger - **** sticking out of the sidewalk caused me bodily harm, lawsuit will probably be pending, i'm going to the hospital tonight

 

nows the best time for an injury

yeah better than summer ... but if it is something that would require surgery that would probably put me out until like may - and i will be pissed ... typing with 1 hand sucks

 

then i need to call one of those injury lawyers ... its a big city that this happened in too - i don't want to post too much info in public though

yes - most excrutiating pain I have been in for years ... no not residential

 

pretty sure pictures were taken, i will know today - if not my brother will be going to the scene and taking pics for me

well if it ends up that i need to sue due to the fact that i can barely do my job since i am pecking at the keyboard with one hand, have medical bills, all the agony from not being able to sleep because i'm in so much pain, then i would prefer nothing be in public - lawyers would try to search and find anything they could use against me
