if you dont cut/drill/tap the other top mount, the one thats a bolt will rip off

yup, as you know, only one of the top mounts is a bolt, the other is just a prong. The prong only gives support vertically, whereas a bolt with one of those rubber mount collars will give support from all driections. which you need when youre learning circles, lefts especially

less than that, like 3/16 or something, i dont even remember

you know how bikes only use 3 size bolts? well use the smallest size, the ones with the 8mm heads. if u remind me later i'll look and see what size the tap is

you'll of course need to go buy the tap, since u can be sure it aint gonna be in your standard set

i have also heard of people welding the bottom radiator support arm to the header, but i didnt go that far
