Re: is it time yet?

my first week on the diet is almost over. i've done really really good....no cheating whatsoever. i'm really into it like i was after my divorce. i'm on my feet for the majority of the day, but i still wish i could go walking like i did when i first did this diet and lost alot of weight.

i know. when i first did the diet i started off walking a mile every night....i was up to 5 miles by the time i ended the diet when summer ended...i was pushing a stroller with two kids up hills...i was really in shape and lost so much weight then. i'm almost back to that motivation. i could walk out in my backyard, but neighborhoods are easier.

with the size i am now, you wouldn't believe it, but i'm a typical girl and obsessed with my weight...well not really, but when i'm going to lose weight, i'm going to lose weight. i crashed diet before mike got here and starved myself for like 2-3 weeks....dumb, yes i know, but i dropped about 10 lbs. since i started eating again i gained 5 back, no biggie. this diet makes you drop weight quick....plus i get to eat all the meat, cheese and eggs i want...i can deal with that.

plus i seen a picture a week ago of me on austin's first birthday....and i was really skinny....like 35 lbs lighter than i am now...there is no excuse why i'm this big now...i mean, i quit smoking, but that's only an excuse for so long
