i still can't give any to Mike, it won't let me.

 

Im reinforcing the floor where there will be pressure from bikes and straps. i checked the bearings yesterday and the grease is good.
i took apart, sanded, greased the latching mechanism for the doors so now they dont squeek anymore.

oh, and 5 coats of polyurethane on the floor, cus i know im gonna be leaking on it soon

 

ok then we do but just the one time, some states you do that **** every year

i need to do some work on my trailer ... new floor especially ... good idea on reinforcing mike - what are you using to do that

3/4 inch plywood, finished on one side
i cut it to match the curve in the front of the trailer

im not even doin the whole floor, just the part where my bikes will go.

 

that should work. you going to out door carpet floor or leave wood exposed?

 

im not taking out the old plywood, just laying this one on top. 1.5 inches of plywood is strong enough to strap to imo

 

oh i didnt even think of carpeting. thats a good idea. i heart astro turf

 

spray glue and cheap carpet and your set. plus if you get lucky riding one night it wount hurt as bad when you get some good loving
