Ironically birth control pills reduce libido quite a bit. Actually, now that I think about it the girls I dated who were not on the pill were also the ones who wanted to **** daily or more.

she's going into lazy mode.....tell her you need it WAY more than that...at least 3x a week. if she stays home all day and doesn't work there is no reason why she should be too tired. i can understand being too tired to do it everyday, but once a month, sometimes twice is a little excessive. especially if you only have one kid!

TOTALLY! when you feel better about yourself you feel ******* sexy! lol. i have never felt as sexy as i feel right now. this is the healthiest i've been....i eat right, workout on the daily, lift weights 2-3x a week. i'm constantly sticking my *** out at mike to tease him...like constantly....i hardly ever did that before i started this. we've always had a good sex life compared to most...but lately it's been extremely good...well, to me anyways. i do my cardio session anywhere between 7-9, then we put the kids to bed, we hang out for a little bit, we go shower together. i put on lingerie immediately after the shower(just because if i wait any longer i'll get cold, and once i'm cold the pajamas don't come off lol), then we go lift weights/pilates/situps...after doing that for a while we go straight into foreplay....take notes boys if you have free time at night. the problem is....you have to get her to go 'healthy' if she's not already. it took me a long time go become healthy.

SOOOO, take my advice and think real long and hard how you're going to start the conversation...it needs to happen, your sex life is on the line! lol. be nice about it, tell her you would like to do it more often. ask her what she needs to do it more often...booze, lingerie, ****, food, etc? make it happen, you can do it. you guys sometimes just expect us to be in the mood...do work son! most girls don't want anything to do with sex unless they're in the mood.

Bray listen to her this is good advice. After all if you can't talk about your relationship what's the point.
