Cant weld Ti directly to steel .... would need a filler material between the two ... like vandium or something.. and it would have to be tigged ... not sure how strong it would be neways....

Drill and tap it .. or drill countersunk bolt holes... stop before u grind it to far so u dont rape the heads....

I want to fasten a 1" x 3" x 3/8" strip onto the touchdown spot on my undertail bar. I can cut it with my diamond blade, and its thin enough i can heat it up and bend it. But I cant think of any strong way to keep it on the round bar

Like leasin it said the weld may not be that strong, but it should be strong enough for that i would think
