Like leasin it said the weld may not be that strong, but it should be strong enough for that i would think

u could maybe drill a hole in the center of the bar... drill and tap the TI plate for an M10 x 30 with a fine thread pitch... throw in a grade 5 or 8 bolt and it'll proly stay....
that's prollt the best idea
