i like oatmeal, eggs, some fruit like bananas or oranges or blueberries(not juice cause it's just sugar water - unless you are juicing fresh stuff yourself) ... definitely god to try to do more protein (hence the eggs) ... i like omelets on the weekends when i have time, some eggs with a bunch of veggies mmmmmm ....

i can handle omelets every day. i have to learn how to make them though. i'm sure the ones at the diner are super bad for you. Re: who is PAR???

My wife is on a super restricted diet right now. Omelets are one of the few things that you can make easily without milk or soy proteins, so we have them every weekend. Usually onion and red bell peppers. So good.

i used to eat the quaker cause it's better than nothing, i've moved on to thicker cut old fashioned oats cause the instant oats are as nutritionally beneficial as the "more real" oats- i still cook them in the microwave and mix 'em with milk and blueberries

i would want tomato and mushrooms. mmmm. i prefer to add some ham, but i can do without it if i have tons of salsa or hot sauce to put on top! what diet is your wife doing?

She had to completely cut out milk and soy proteins because Silas is allergic to them. It's not a diet to lose weight.

damn, you eat really good food. that's it, i'm going to start to do that. at least our kids eat really healthy so it shouldn't be that hard to convert over. i have them trained to tell me i have the fattest butt in the world if i eat something i shouldn't....i probably shouldn't do that though, they'll grow up with an eating disorder or something 


yeah just instill in them it's not about looks it's about giving your body the right "fuel" so you stay healthy and happy
once you get into the groove and buying healthy food and eating healthy becomes ingrained in your lifestyle you don't even notice it anymore

oh man, that sucks for silas. so she's still breastfeeding? props to her, i couldn't do it longer than a month with austin and alex never took to it so i was completely done within a day or two for her.
