Sportbike geometry will let it get down to about 10 mph before the steering becomes unstable. I think a cruiser might be able to go slower

I had a lowside at 70, didnt hurt. A lowside at 40 into some mud, didnt hurt. And a looped wheelie at 30, which still hurts 3 years later

that coaster a few weeks ago hurt pretty bad .. ive been lucky in all of my wrecks though ...
