my family never really had family dinner cuz someone was always working. kinda sad, but i turned out alright.

it was hard for us too .. mainly because me or my brother were always playing 2 sports a season

either my mom was working nights and my dad was in school or he was working and the 3 of us were home, once i got to high school no one was home for dinner.

seriously they at least were better of in the cold war era. all of our old tatics were how to fight the soviets, and granted while we are all still familiar with them, we have changed to attempt to fight off the Iraqi insurgents on the new nonlinear battle field. it would be much easier to do if our own people in this country could understand that we are not killing innocent civilians, they are just dressed like them. but the little ninnies of our own country are making it that much harder for us to win this occupancy.
