wow my credit report is not so good lol ... theres **** on there i didnt know about - apparently i owe a hospital bill from years ago, i never recieved any notice though

See, dumb **** like that. One of the major issues with my credit was too much open revolving credit. It was all a bunch of those dumb lines of credit like that.

Sweet! I should get my federal tax return sometime around friday of next week. And 4 weeks to the day, or less until i get my work bonus.

there are different types of credit...if what you were saying were the case noone could ever buy a house twice their annual income....installment loans=good revolving=bad
