$1 says it was that yo-yo trimspa pill-popping diet made her heart go kerSPLAT, but Trimspa won't let that be released so it'll be spun as a heart condition, what with the stress of her legal battle, son's sudden death, custody battle, etc etc.

Which blue & white? there's 2 at the top. And there is a kawi green & black, it's like the 3rd from the bottom. Colors are a little off in the photo, flash made some of them lok a lil off.
