why not just spray?? We treat foundations for termites and other bugs when people ask. You might even be able to get something and spray it yourself.....you can also use the sprayer for weed control.....

i may be wrong but i dont think a concrete pad around the house will stop termites , most houses have concrete foundations or basements but still get subterranean termites
