I live in probably the nicest apt complex in our town, with a couple, and my other buddy. We keep our place clean and neat, but it also only costs me $260/month before utilities.

yeah. I think it's 1,200 sq ft. 3 bed 2 bath. Plus normally we all work a lot, so it's not a big deal.
