did you save your previous design? if so, there should be no problem

 

I'm an engineer, of course I did. The designer is makign a .jt file right now. If the plant say yes this is what we wanted I am going to let my boss know he fucked up.

 

there's no shame in keeping it to yourself. your boss knows he fucked it up, and when he see's you didn't put blame on him.. u go one notch higher than the avg employee. think about this joel

#1 he doesn't know. He's so dumb he will tell me **** like "don't worry about it every one makes mistakes" He has done it before and it takes every thing I have not to punch the ****** ****** for saying I was wrong when it was his **** up.

#2 I'm leaving sooner or later, and there is no "one notch higher" for me in this company. Just quit or wait it out and get fired when they close.

I feel ya Man, I've been working in an office for 9 years now, and it sucks but it's better to keep your mouth shut and cover your own ***, pointing out others short commings makes you the ******* for some reason.....I haven't figured out why yet, just that that's the way it works.....

went to the surgeons this morning ... he is thinking that my rotator cuff is ok and that i have a post-labral tear of cartilage .... i have an mri this afternoon so i should know for sure
