I contribute 10% to 401K's to lower my adjusted gross income. My goal is to up my contribution to 15% and start the money market account and feed 4% in that until I get a 3 month of living expenses emergency fund built up.

with my taxes, i'm going to get rid of ALL my debt i've got myself into over the past 7 years.....then i'm going to save the rest. well, i plan on going on vacation this summer....and i'm going to do it under 1k...but today i started to save all my change for it, i'm going to save it until mid june
