they arent junk but with no gauges it is easy to run them for hours on end with no oil pressure and over heating and you wont know it ...

i have noticed that if i crash on the right side and leave the bike on the ground for a minute the oil will drain out of the oil pump and depending on what oil filter i run it can lose it's prime ..

never had this problem with oem oil filters but with a fram or a number of other aftermarket filters i have to tilt the bike to the left for a minute to get the air out of the oil pump after a crash on the right ..

omr i know your trying to help, but i've always run gauges. both motors popped between 175-185 degrees. only light on was FI light. I check my gauges alot. So i have done everything 100% on these as far as i can tell mechanically..
